Bus Drivers

Job Description
Royal Crown Packaging Ltd is seeking responsible, safety-conscious, and experienced Bus Drivers to support the transportation of company staff. The successful candidates will ensure the safe and timely movement of employees, maintain assigned vehicles in good working condition, and comply with road traffic regulations. Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a strong commitment to passenger safety.

Key Responsibilities

• * Transport staff safely to and from designated locations according to approved schedules.
• * Follow assigned routes and comply with road traffic laws and company transportation policies.
• * Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
• * Report mechanical faults, maintenance needs, accidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• * Keep the bus clean and ensure it remains in a roadworthy condition.
• * Maintain accurate trip records and report any incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
• * Demonstrate courteous and professional conduct when dealing with staff and other road users.
• * Ensure passengers comply with applicable vehicle safety requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

• * Valid Ghanaian driver’s license with the appropriate category for the bus being operated (Category D as specified in the vacancy).
• * At least three years of professional driving experience.
• * Good knowledge of Accra roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• * Demonstrated commitment to safe driving and passenger protection.
• * Good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to identify and report vehicle maintenance issues.
• * A responsible attitude, punctuality, and a clean driving record are desirable.
