Job Summary
Auntie Nkran Partners Limited is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead and manage its large-scale fleet operations, oversee drivers and ensure efficient, safe and cost-effective transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- * Develop fleet strategies and optimise vehicle utilisation and routes.
- * Recruit, train and manage drivers and assistants.
- * Monitor transport budgets, fuel usage and operational costs.
- * Oversee vehicle maintenance and availability.
- * Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
- * Prevent accidents and manage transport-related risks.
- * Use data and technology to improve operational reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements
- * 5–10 years of proven transport management experience.
- * Experience managing large commercial fleets.
- * Demonstrated ability to reduce operational costs.
- * Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, inspections and compliance.
- * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- * Experience using AI tools.
- * Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
