ROLE SUMMARY:
A leading Global Business Brokerage firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive its growth in Ghana. This flexible, high-impact role offers seasoned professionals the chance to revitalize their careers, build strong relationships, and make a meaningful impact while earning significant income.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate and qualify leads through research, data analysis, and strong networks.
• Engage business owners, understand their goals, and secure sale mandates.
• Prepare valuations and confidential information memoranda for marketing.
• Screen and guide prospective buyers through the full transaction process.
• Oversee deal execution, including due diligence, structuring, and closing.
KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in client-facing professional services roles (e.g., banking relationship management, consulting, accounting, marketing, hospitality, legal, etc.).
• Master’s/Doctorate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must be a certified Business Development Professional from CIMA, CFA, ACCA or Internationally recognized institutions.
