Job Summary:
Are you passionate about creating meaningful change in communities? Do you have a strong track record in social impact, advocacy, sustainability and reporting? We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead the design, implementation, and reporting of our social and environmental impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and assess new community impact opportunities aligned with BBI's mission and strategic goals
* Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables for community programs
* Maintain a database of community impact indicators, success stories, and progress updates
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align impact work with core operations
* Ensure all community initiatives comply with relevant legal and safety standards
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master's is an advantage)
* At least 3-5 years' experience managing community development or social impact programs
* Strong skills in monitoring, evaluation, and reporting Strong project management and organizational skills
* Experience with gender-based advocacy and community mobilization is highly desirable
* Fluency in English required; working knowledge of local languages is an advantage
