Job Description


Role Summary:
Lead the strategic transformation of Telecel’s enterprise business from a telecommunications provider to a technology-driven solutions partner in Ghana. Drive the adoption and commercial success of innovative new services, expand customer base through partnerships, and accelerate B2B revenue growth. This role is critical to positioning Telecel Business as the preferred technology partner for enterprises across the country by leveraging market insights, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market sizing and insight analysis to inform pipeline development and route-to-market planning for new products and services.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and go-to-market strategies for new offerings using local and global market intelligence.
  • Design and execute robust go-to-market frameworks to accelerate adoption of new services.
  • Lead cross-selling initiatives to increase share of wallet among existing enterprise customers, in collaboration with sales teams and channels.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships to unlock new customer acquisition channels and drive mutual growth.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance against commercial targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop incentive structures to motivate teams and drive adoption of new products and services.
  • Ensure alignment across shared services functions to support commercial delivery of new products and services.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis, and implement proactive strategies to protect revenue growth.
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of 6 direct reports and support 4 dotted reports, fostering engagement and performance.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience in B2B sales and operations management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and customer growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of ICT and telecoms services, applied to deliver business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Proven experience managing complex, transformational programs in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with a growth-oriented approach to problem-solving and innovation.
