Business Development Officer

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and self - motivated business development officer to help expand our client’s base and grow the reach of our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, promoting the agency's service and supporting strategic growth initiative. This is a client facing role that requires a combination of sales, marketing and relationship - building skills.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource management or related field.
* 1-3 years’ experience in sales marketing or business development experience in a recruitment agency.
* Experience in the HR or recruitment industry.
* Familiarity with the Ghanaian job market and employment trends
* Social media or digital marketing experience is a bonus
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and on part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic knowledge in CRM software 
* Results - oriented with a passion for meeting targets and KPTs
