Job Summary
The Business Relationship Associate (BRA) takes ownership of the SME customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through transactions, deposits, and quality loans. We define quality as a mutual relationship where the customer receives funds to meet their business needs through the loan from Affinity, and customer has the ability to pay back that loan. The BRA is the liaison between Affinity and the customer, managing customer relationships and ensuring that Affinity’s interest is protected.
