Lead the certification process: Create and manage client accounts on Microsoft Azure & Dynamics 365 to support the smooth certification journey.
Analyse and validate data: Dive deep into client datasets, ensuring that carbon footprint data (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) is accurate, complete, and properly collated. Identify any gaps or discrepancies and proactively solve them.
Generate comprehensive reports: Produce detailed certification reports showcasing carbon footprints, social value data, and other sustainability metrics. This includes key reports such as SECR, PPN, and Carbon Neutral certifications.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with our senior Measurement Team to ensure consistency and accuracy in our analyses. Support other team members in checking certifications and providing feedback to ensure the highest quality standards.
Develop and update dashboards: Create dynamic and cumulative dashboards and reports on Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 to track progress, share results with clients, and monitor ongoing performance.
Client & stakeholder engagement: Play a key role in communicating with clients, answering their queries, and supporting them in interpreting their data and certifications. Participate in member and stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth data collection and reporting.
Support ongoing improvements: Contribute to process enhancements by identifying ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data collection, analysis, and reporting. Stay on top of emerging best practices in carbon footprinting and sustainability reporting.
What you’ll need to be successful
At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience calculating carbon footprints (scope 1, 2 and 3).
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
An exceptional eye for detail.
Degree or qualifications in sustainability, engineering, mathematics, statistics, accounting or similar.
