Contract Management & TEP Analyst

Role Purpose
Ensuring that vendors perform their contractual obligations and provide 
value for money through constant monitoring and supervision of KPIs and SLAs

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
• Provide general contract management support to the roll-out of contracts including project management, drafting, 
negotiation, closure & implementation.
• Support Contract manager and Legal team to manage and support closure of all relevant contracts in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update relevant agreements and other standard documents.
• Provision of relevant management reports and management information from the contract database
• Support the selection and onboarding of vendors for TEP
• Coordinate validation of invoices and payments
• Support the creation of POs and Goods receipting
•Coordinate all TEP projects and activities from start to finish.
• Prepare reports on TEP activities.
• Track Opex spend for Technology
• Cover Technology invoices through all payment channels.
• Provide monthly report on all invoice channels for Technology
• Track and report on fuel requests and utilization for Exchanges and cell sites
• Project manage any project assigned by CPM/Head
• Any other task assigned as may be deemed valuable to the business.

Must have Technical / Professional
• Degree in Engineering/Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the area of telecommunications operations
• Knowledge of Telecel systems and processes
• Understanding of Budget planning process
• Understanding of Supply chain and procurement processes
