CASHIER

A reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking to recruit a CASHIER to join our dynamic team.



KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash flow management
Suppliers payment analysis
Writing of suppliers cheques and PVs
Reconciliation of suppliers accounts
Checking goods returned from wholesale customers looking out for expiry dates, batch numbers, and quantity of products and checking if goods are in good shape.
Checking of goods supplied to the local warehouse
Checking purchase orders against invoices to ensure goods were ordered.
Checking physical quantities to ensure they correspond with quantities on the invoice and purchase order
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS
HND Accounting with experience in a similar role
Knowledge of basic accounting
Good problem-solving skills and must be confidential
Good communication and interpersonal relations
Ability to handle cash and e-cash
Must be attentive to details and analytical
Must be a team player and trustworthy
Must have knowledge in an accounting software
