HR MANAGER

We are supporting a fast-growing pharmaceutical distribution and retail group with operations across Nigeria in the recruitment of a highly experienced Head of Human Resources.

This is a senior leadership role for a professional who is confident working independently, structuring HR systems from the ground up, and driving people strategy across multiple pharmacy chains and wholesale operations.

 What you will do:
Lead all HR operations across multiple locations
Manage recruitment, training, and employee relations
Build strong HR systems, policies, and compliance structures
Support leadership in workforce planning and organisational development
Drive performance and culture across the business

 Who we are looking for:
5–8+ years HR experience (FMCG, retail, healthcare or pharmaceutical preferred)
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
Proven ability to manage multi-site operations
Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
Strong leadership, discretion, and people management skills
HR certification is an added advantage (CIPM/SHRM)
