The Role

● Handling and monitoring of alarm.

● Hourly call checking

● Incident reporting

● Handling of guard monitoring signals

● Geotab and Protrack monitoring

● Handling of field - to - test alarm signals

● Programming of clients alarm account on oryx

● Monitoring of guard needs assistance

● Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities
