Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and present meals according to the menu and customer preferences.
  • Develop creative and seasonal menus with a focus on taste, presentation, and cost-efficiency.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in accordance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen.
    • Culinary degree or professional chef training is a plus.
    • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
