Job description
• To build, maintain and implement the bank’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report on all significant risks ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic goals, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements across the region.
• Assist the Board, Group and Regional management to formulate and communicate the Banks’ Risk Management objectives and foster a risk awareness culture in the Region and across the business.
• Ensure sufficient capacity and capabilities are in place with the right skills to manage Risk pro-actively across the region Ghana
