We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable HR & Administrative Assistant to support both our HR and Admin departments, as well as provide executive assistance to the CEO. This role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks, handle confidential information with discretion, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Description:
The HR & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting in HR operations, general administrative tasks, and providing executive support to the CEO. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to HR and other departments.
• Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and HR reporting.
• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and correspondence for the CEO.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist in document management.
