CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Job Summary
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the company’s technology vision, strategy, and execution. The role oversees product engineering, IT infrastructure, and innovation initiatives to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with business goals.



Key Responsibilities
· Define and drive the company’s overall technology strategy and roadmap
· Lead engineering, software development, and IT teams
· Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
· Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of all technology platforms
· Collaborate with executive leadership on business strategy and digital transformation
· Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
· Establish best practices for software development, DevOps, and data management
· Manage technology budgets, vendors, and external partnerships
· Build and mentor high-performing technical teams



Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s if applicable)
· 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
· Proven experience scaling technology in a global or high-growth environment
· Strong knowledge of cloud computing, system architecture, and cybersecurity
· Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills
