What You'll Do:
* Implement a comprehensive technology strategy to position the organization as a global fintech leader, focusing on digital platforms and emerging technologies.
* Direct the development of a digital core banking system, payment systems, ERP solutions, and e-KYC compliance.
* Manage the subsidiary for electronics assembly, ensuring integration with digital platforms and maintaining quality control.
* Enforce cybersecurity standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and establish risk management protocols.
* Lead R&D initiatives to advance technologies like Al and blockchain, fostering a culture of innovation.
* Collaborate with executives and teams to align technology with business goals and support fundraising efforts through presentations and demos.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technology management, or similar role.
* Proven experience in fintech, digital banking systems, ERP, payment systems, and digital identity solutions.
* Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, APis, and cybersecurity protocols.
* Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in an agile development environment.
