Deputy Manager – O&M (Operations & Maintenance)



  • Qualifications: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in operations and maintenance.
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
  • Responsibilities:
     
    • Oversee the operation and maintenance of exhibition facilities.
    • Ensure the efficient functioning of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
    • Manage a team of technicians and support staff.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
    • Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance activities.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Report on operational performance and recommend improvements.






2. 

Deputy Manager – MIS (Management Information Systems)



  • Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Sciences from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 2.5 years of hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
  • Responsibilities:
     
    • Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards.
    • Analyze data to support decision-making processes.
    • Ensure the integrity and security of data.
    • Provide training and support to staff on MIS tools.
    • Collaborate with other departments to understand data needs.
    • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve MIS-related issues.






3. 

Chiller Technician



  • Qualifications: Matric (Science); preference will be given to DAE (Refrigeration/Mechanical Technology) certificate holders.
  • Experience:
     
    • For DAE holders: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
    • For Matric (Science): Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
  • Responsibilities:
     
    • Install, maintain, and repair chiller systems.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC systems.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards.
    • Maintain records of maintenance activities.
    • Coordinate with other departments for system requirements.
    • Assist in the procurement of spare parts and tools.






4. 

Event Coordinator



  • Qualifications: Graduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in event management, coordination, and public dealing.
  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
  • Responsibilities:
     
    • Plan and coordinate events hosted at the expo centre.
    • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Manage event logistics, including scheduling and setup.
    • Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues promptly.
    • Prepare post-event reports and feedback.
    • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.






5. 

Helper / Sweeper



  • Qualifications: Basic literacy; preference will be given to candidates who can read and write.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
  • Responsibilities:
     
    • Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties.
    • Ensure cleanliness of exhibition halls and common areas.
    • Assist in setting up and dismantling event setups.
    • Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.
    • Report any maintenance issues to supervisors.
    • Assist other staff as needed during events.
