JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain compliance policies to meet regulatory requirements.
· Monitor and ensure adherence to AML, KYC, Data Protection, and other regulations.
· Oversee customer due diligence (CDD), transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting.
· Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance training for employees.
· Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to address compliance issues.
These Qualifications are a Plus:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, ICT or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge and Certifications in financial regulations such as AML, KYC, ISMS, Data Protection.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as BOG, SEC, or equivalent.
- Experience with compliance tools and risk management frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
