COORDINATOR, MANAGEMENT CONTROL & REPORTING

About the Role

Advans is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Coordinator for Management Control and Reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, management control processes, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, combined with a data-driven mindset to optimize organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Management Reporting: Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including budget vs. actual variance analysis.
• Data Analysis & Management Control: Utilize data analysis tools to extract, clean, and interpret financial and operational data, providing actionable insights to management.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes across various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, resolve discrepancies, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline management control and reporting processes.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance (or a related field).

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Management Control, Financial Reporting, or Accounting).
• Preferably with exposure to data-related work.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar ERP systems).
• Solid understanding of management accounting principles and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
