PROJECT COORDINATOR

Role Overview

A proactive Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects from scope and UI/UX finalization through development, testing, deployment, and final client handover. This role ensures projects remain on schedule, within agreed scope, and effectively coordinated across Product, Engineering, QA, management, clients, and other stakeholders. The role involves the use of the approved relevant project management tool for effective project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, change control, documentation, and successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of project management principles and software development lifecycles.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE 2, or CAPM is an advantage.
