Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and phone inquiries
* Manage front desk operations professionally and efficiently
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
* Coordinate customer feedback and follow up on service requests
* Support internal teams with administrative and documentation tasks
* Maintain accurate records and ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience in reception, customer service, or front desk roles
* Experience within construction, roofing, manufacturing, or related industries is a strong advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and excellent customer-handling skills
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
