We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving concerns, and ensuring excellent service delivery, while being able to communicate effectively in the dominant languages of the Northern Region of Ghana.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Ability to speak two or more of the following local languages is required:
• Dagbani
• Konkomba
• Hausa
• Nanumba
• Gonja
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
