Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Process sales transactions using a POS system
- Arrange and restock shelves with products
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the shop
- Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when necessary
Requirements:
- SHS certificate or higher
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
