About the Role
A Reputable Company is seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Pharmacy Onboarding & Customer Support Associate to join its team. The successful candidate will assist pharmacists with onboarding, provide technical support, and help pharmacy staff use this platform effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• * Pharmacist Onboarding: Guide pharmacists through account setup and operational workflows on the platform.
• * Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for users, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely assistance.
• * System Training: Train pharmacy staff on inventory management, platform features, and digital tools using official training manuals.
• * Feedback Management: Collect and share user feedback with the product team to improve the platform.
• * Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet at least one of the following criteria:

• * Currently enrolled as a university pharmacy student.
• * Have experience working as a medical counter assistant.
• * Be a post-NSS pharmacy graduate.

Required Skills

• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Patience, empathy, and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• * Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• * Ability to learn and use software applications quickly.
