Job Summary
Wellgiant Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Branch Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, supervise staff, manage inventory and ensure excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily pharmacy operations and supervise staff.
* Monitor inventory, stock levels and replenishment.
* Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council regulations.
* Oversee sales, cash handling and branch performance.
* Prepare operational and financial reports.
* Maintain excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
* B .Pharm or PharmD degree.
* Valid Pharmacy Council of Ghana license.
* 3–5 years’ experience in retail or community pharmacy.
* Strong leadership and inventory management skills.
* Good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
