What You’ll Be Doing:
Contacting clients with overdue loan payments through calls and messaging platforms
Professionally discussing and negotiating repayment options with clients
Explaining payment terms clearly and outlining the implications of non-payment
Documenting all communication and agreements accurately
Handling client disputes with empathy and professionalism
Ensuring all recovery activities follow company policies and legal guidelines
Working collaboratively to meet daily and monthly recovery targets
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in handling tough conversations with professionalism
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Experience in debt recovery or customer service is a plus
Must be residing in or near MALLAM JUNCTION and surrounding areas
