Digital Content Specialist

Job Summary

B5 Plus Group is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, utilizing modern AI tools, and capturing aerial footage. This role requires a blend of technical videography skills, drone operation, and innovative content planning to support the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communications.
• Drone Filming: Operate drones safely and effectively to capture aerial footage for promotional videos, project documentation, and corporate storytelling.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI image and video tools to create drafts, generate visual variants, and streamline the content creation process.
• Content Planning: Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publishing of digital assets.
• Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure all visual content aligns with B5 Plus Group's brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Asset Management: Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure all equipment (cameras, drones, editing hardware) is properly maintained and operational.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in digital content creation, videography, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
• AI Tools: Demonstrated proficiency in using AI image and video generation tools for content drafting and variant creation.
• Drone Certification: Possession of a drone certification recognized by the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) is required, or a willingness to obtain it.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant video, drone, and AI content creation skills is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
