A leading events and entertainment organization is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead its digital engagement, innovation, and business growth initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Develop and implement digital marketing and engagement strategies across web, social, and mobile platforms
✅ Monitor analytics and customer insights to optimize audience experience and campaign ROI
✅ Lead digital campaign development, influencer collaborations, and audience engagement plans
✅ Manage the company’s digital platforms — including websites, social media, and mobile experiences
✅ Work with creative and event teams to align digital storytelling with event experiences
✅ Pitch and win digital sponsorships and branded content opportunities
Manage relationships with agencies, digital vendors, and technology partners
✅ Develop data dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance and online traffic growth
REQUIREMENT:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, IT, or related field
✅ 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, or innovation leadership
✅ Strong record in business development, pitching, and winning proposals
✅ In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, CRM systems, and social media advertising
✅ Excellent content strategy and communication skills
✅ Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools
✅ Experience working in media, events, or entertainment industries preferred
