Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, etc.)
  • Manage the company’s online presence across websites, social media platforms, and other digital touchpoints
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems
  • Develop lead-generation strategies that support sales and business development goals

  • Content & Branding
    • Create engaging, audience-driven content (blogs, newsletters, videos, infographics, etc.) to educate and attract users
    • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
    • Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations

  • Market Research & Strategy
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities
    • Work with product and sales teams to align messaging and positioning with user needs
    • Recommend marketing strategies based on performance data and customer insights

  • Event & Partnership Support
    • Support planning and promotion of webinars, product launches, and healthcare events
    • Assist in building and nurturing strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions

  • Requirements
     
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
  •  2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a tech or health-related company 
  •  Strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation 
  •  Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva, Adobe Suite, and CRM systems 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  •  Knowledge of healthcare and digital health solutions is an added advantage 
      Creative thinker with attention to detail  Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  •   Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends 
  •  Team player with a passion for innovation and healthcare
