Digital Marketing Executive

Your responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• You will develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• You will optimize campaigns for reach, ROI, and conversion metrics, using A/B testing and data insights.

Email Marketing & Retention

• You will design and manage automated email flows targeting retention, re-engagement, and promotions.
• You will continually analyze performance to refine content and delivery timing.

Content Creation & Social Engagement

• You will collaborate on briefs, captions, reels, and blog posts to support our marketing narrative.
• You will manage and grow our social media community, responding to comments and encouraging engagement.

Website & Customer Experience Optimization

• You will manage website content and update product listings using Shopify.
• You will optimize landing pages and website flow to enhance user experience and conversions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• You will track campaign results using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
• You will deliver weekly reports with actionable insights to improve performance.

Sales Campaign Support

• You will work closely with the sales team to drive monthly promotions and flash sales.
• You will monitor conversations online using social listening tools to assess brand sentiment.

To be considered, you should have

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the lifestyle or grooming space.
• Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
• Experience using platforms like Canva and Shopify.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills across all digital formats.
• A data-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• A creative eye paired with analytical precision.
