The Personal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for the employer and their family. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong time management, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality. The driver ensures all trips are completed efficiently while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Personal Driver will operate private vehicles to transport the employer to business meetings, personal appointments, social events, and other destinations as required. The role involves planning routes, monitoring traffic conditions, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and ensuring passenger safety at all times. Flexibility in working hours, professionalism, and a courteous attitude are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely transport the employer and/or family members to scheduled destinations
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes considering traffic and weather conditions
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained at all times
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and arrange servicing or repairs when needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or personal items
- Remain punctual, dependable, and flexible with working hours
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Run errands or perform related driving duties as requested
