Job Description:
The Personal Driver will provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for an individual or organization. This role ensures timely travel, proper vehicle maintenance, and discretion when handling confidential matters. The driver may also assist with errands and light administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the employer, guests, or clients to and from designated locations.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to agreed schedules.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance.
- Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition.
- Follow traffic laws and maintain high safety standards at all times.
- Assist with errands such as deliveries, shopping, or document handling.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional affairs.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver or chauffeur.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, routes, and city geography.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
