Electrical Engineering Facilitator

Job Description:
Help train the engineers powering the next generation of technology and innovation.
DTI is seeking an Electrical Engineering Facilitator to deliver both theoretical and practical instruction while guiding learners through hands-on projects in embedded systems, electronics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver instruction in electrical and electronic engineering principles and applications
• Facilitate hands-on learning in embedded systems using microcontrollers such as Arduino, STM32, and ESP32
• Guide learners in circuit prototyping, PCB design, and hardware interfacing with sensors and actuators

Requirements
• BSc in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (MSc is an advantage)
• Proven experience in embedded systems design and programming using C/C++, Python, or Arduino IDE
• Strong hands-on experience with electronics lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering equipment
• About 4 years’ experience in tertiary or TVET education or working with young adults
