Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for data improvement and implement solutions.
  • Create clear and comprehensive data reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure data consistency and reliability.
  • Assist in training team members on Excel-related tasks and best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven professional experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data tools.
  • Strong data management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience creating and interpreting Excel-based reports and visualizations.
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Excel or related data area.
  • Previous experience in a similar data specialist role.
  • Familiarity with other data management software or tools.
