Administrative Responsibilities:

  • You are to provide administrative support to Chijioke including Calendar management, meeting preparations, meeting reminders, correspondence. Etc.
  • You are to review all incoming mail correspondence, including redirecting to appropriate team members for action, and following up on responses.
  • You are to manage a comprehensive expense report of his expenses. Also in charge of making payments and balancing accounts for refunds.
  • You are to arrange all domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for trips. This will include visa processing, flight bookings, airport pickups, and accommodation/hotel bookings and note you will be required to go on some of these

trips.

  • You are to liaise with employees and personal or executive assistants in other companies or projects Chijioke is involved with.
  • You are to schedule internal calls with members of the team and external calls with other stakeholders on his behalf, ensure you provide timely reminders for all meetings and in some cases, join the meetings to take minutes.
  • You are to provide research support to the Chijioke and work on projects as needed. You will provide filing and records management; mail, photocopying, and compilation of documents and reports.
  • You will be required to provide support with event management for his personal events and for some company-wide events ensuring logistics and accommodation and other related items/needs are taken care of. You will also serve as the main point of contact for event-related matters, handling invitations, RSVPs, and coordinating with stakeholders.



Personal life Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee all activities relating to his home in Lagos and will act as the main point of contact with household employees like the cleaner, driver etc. ensuring the smooth running of the home.
  • Oversee and maintain home appliances for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies.
  • You will also be responsible and in charge of several personal projects.

  • You reside in Ikoyi, Lagos or close enough areas.
  • You have a degree (ND/HND/BSc).
  • You have significant executive support experience, especially supporting C-level executives.
  • You have great proficiency with Google workspace tools, Project management tools and Slack. You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • You have exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • You have a high degree of professionalism in dealing with a diverse group of people, You are able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • You are able to travel at a moment's notice when required.
  • You have a driver's license (or open to getting one soon after being hired).
  • You have an international passport (or open to getting one soon after being hired)
