About the Role
A leading financial institution is seeking to engage high-performing and results-driven Marketing Professionals to strengthen its retail and commercial banking teams.
The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in driving revenue growth, deepening customer relationships, and expanding the bank’s market share through proactive client acquisition and structured relationship management.


Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition across retail and corporate segments
Grow and manage a profitable portfolio of clients
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across banking products
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to meet revenue targets
Collaborate with branch leadership and product teams to achieve business objectives
Prepare and present periodic performance reports on marketing activities and outcomes



Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) with a minimum of Second Class Lower
Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in marketing (preferably within financial services or banking)
Currently employed in a marketing role
Strong understanding of banking products, sales cycles, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
