Qualification & Experience:
- First Degree/HND in Engineering, Building Technology, Facilities Management or related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility or property management.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

- Computer literacy is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
