FACTORY HAND / SUPPORT STAFF

Job summary

Cecilia Bempah Enterprise, a leading fabric and textile company specializing in large-scale materials supply for wholesale and retail clients, is seeking a Factory Hand / Support Staff to support daily factory operations. The role involves assisting with fabric handling, packaging, loading, and general operational support to ensure smooth workflow within the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the handling, sorting, folding, and packaging of fabrics (cotton and other materials)
• Support loading and offloading of materials for wholesale and retail orders.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization within the factory and storage areas.
• Assist supervisors and production staff with day-to-day factory tasks as required.
• Support inventory arrangement and movement of materials within the factory.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling fabrics and equipment.
• Perform other operational support duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic education (ability to read and follow instructions).
• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or textile environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Residing around Makola or nearby areas is an advantage.
