Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily operations within the packaging workshop, ensuring efficient team performance, equipment functionality, and timely achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily packaging activities and ensure smooth workflow across shifts
- Manage and train workshop personnel to meet performance and safety standards
- Monitor and maintain packaging equipment to minimize downtime
- Ensure production plans are executed accurately and on schedule
- Enforce on-site discipline, safety, and cleanliness within the workshop
- Report operational status, challenges, and output to management
Requirements
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in manufacturing operations
- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role within a production or packaging environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with packaging machinery and production planning
