Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Field Enumerators to collect data for our upcoming research projects. Enumerators will conduct face-to-face interviews, administer surveys, and ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents using structured questionnaires.
Accurately record responses using electronic data collection tools.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Report daily progress to field supervisors.
Adhere to ethical standards and project protocols.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Prior experience in data collection or fieldwork is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Proficiency in local languages and dialects is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Availability to travel and work flexible hours.
