Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for potential loan customers through various field activities, including community outreach, market visits, and networking.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of potential customers to determine their eligibility for loans.
  • Educate potential customers about Carbon Microfinance Bank's loan products and services.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation.
  • Provide regular reports on field activities and lead generation efforts.
  • Stay updated on Carbon Microfinance Bank's loan products, policies, and procedures.
  • Adhere to the bank's code of conduct and ethical guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.  
  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Ability to work in the field within assigned areas.
