We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive – Procurement to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure product availability and effective inventory control across all business units and clients.
• Ensure timely availability of products, including hardware and other required items.
• Source, collate, and analyze vendor quotations to ensure selection of the most competitive pricing and best value.
• Oversee product flow and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal value delivery to the company.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive with a high level of execution and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
