About the Role
Petra College is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to ensure the financial health and sustainability of our educational institution. This vital leadership position involves working closely with school executive and board members to drive continued success through strategic financial management.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage annual school budgets and financial forecasting
• Prepare financial reports for leadership and board members
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and procurement processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate audits
• Implement internal controls to safeguard school assets
• Provide strategic financial advice to support the school's mission
Essential Requirements
Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 5 years financial management experience
• Educational sector experience advantageous
Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High integrity and attention to detail
