LOAN RECOVERY OFFICERS NEEDED
SALARY : 1500
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contacting clients with overdue loan payments through calls and messaging platforms
- Professionally discussing and negotiating repayment options with clients
- Explaining payment terms clearly and outlining the implications of non-payment
- Documenting all communication and agreements accurately
- Handling client disputes with empathy and professionalism
- Ensuring all recovery activities follow company policies and legal guidelines
- Working collaboratively to meet daily and monthly recovery targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling tough conversations with professionalism
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in debt recovery or customer service is a plus
- Must be residing in or near Mallam Junction and surrounding areas
