KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage budgeting, reporting, and overall financial performance.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
* Provide financial insights to guide management decisions.
* Supervise and develop the finance team for operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification:
* BSc. Accounting and MBA Accounting or related field
* Professional certification (e.g, ACCA, ICA, CPA, CIMA) will be an added advantage.
Experience:
* Minimum of 7 years' post qualification experience in a similar position preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
Personal Attributes:
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software preferably GLIMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
