Job Description:
- Act as the finance business partner for Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, and Logistics teams.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain costs (procurement, manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis within SAP.
- Implement and enhance SAP-based financial controls and reporting tools for better visibility of supply chain performance.
- Provide financial guidance on sourcing decisions, vendor negotiations, inventory optimization, and capital investment projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings, process improvements, and working capital efficiency.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track supply chain performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and corporate financial policies.
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within the supply chain finance function.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- Strong expertise in SAP (FI/CO essential; MM/PP/SD preferred) and financial reporting tools.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or distribution industry is an advantage.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes and cost structures.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving and financial modelling capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other data-visualisation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decision-making and drive process improvements.
