Job Description
As a Financial Controller / Accountant, you will oversee accounting activities, financial reporting, and budgeting processes. You will ensure compliance with IFRS standards while providing accurate and timely financial information to support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full accounting operations, including ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and relevant statutory regulations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting certification (ICAG, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Ghanaian accounting standards.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
