Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and donor requirements.
- Manage accounting systems and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support program teams with financial analysis and resource allocation.
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely submission of financial statements.
- Collaborate with management to enhance operational efficiency.
