Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Officer to support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will assist with accounts payable, financial record keeping, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Support budgeting and expense tracking processes
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and basic financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
